Here are some frequently asked questions - more to follow
 

A: As our PCs are custom built, not mass produced, we believe they are superior quality. We don't attempt to compete with ridiculously low prices as generally you get what you pay for and as a business we have a reputation for high quality, high reliability machines. The only way to sell cheap PCs is to use cheap parts. As such, we do not believe this is in the interests or ourselves or our customers. We can, however, compete with most big brands in the mid-range market. We also provide a far superior level of after-sales service - no premium rate phone lines for example, and staff who are aware of your own situation and familiar with your PC.

A: For a Desktop PC system built by us, our warranties are 2 years. The first year covers parts and labour. Year 2 parts only.
For all branded items, the warranties are normally direct with the manufacturer, though if neccessary we can in most cases deal with manufacturers on your behalf.

A: Beacuse we can only do one job at a time on a call-out. Our workshop price is lower as we can repair more than one PC simultaneously. We feel it is only fair to reflect this fact in our pricing.
