At our workshop in Portree we have 3 technicians and can normally repair your computer the same day it comes in. If it can't come in, then we are able to arrange call-outs or pick-ups at a time which suits you, rather than us. We offer free advice and a "no fix, no fee" policy.

Our new systems are built from parts sourced only from authorised distributors. This means that we can be assured of only the highest quality components. We only use recognised brands and high quality parts for all our PCs, meaning that we can offer a free 2 years parts guarantee on all our systems. If you rely on your computer for business, leisure or just keeping in touch, it can be difficult to do without it. With 3D Komputers when you need a repair it doesn't mean a trip to Inverness or sending anything away.

We have over 20 years experience of building and maintaining computer systems for homes and businesses, as well as over 35 years experience in the electronics field in general.

Pick Up Service Available

If you need a repair/upgrade/service and can't get the PC to us, we will arrange to pick it up for you and return it when it's fixed. This service includes unplugging & plugging everything back in for you.

Installation service

If you have a new PC we can install it for you. Our standard installation charge is £60 which covers up to 90mins onsite. In most cases this is long enough to setup your PC, install any neccessary software and install printers and broadband equipment. To book an at-home installation, call us on 01478 613576. Even if your PC was bought elsewhere, we will be more than happy to set it up for you in the way that you want.
