We offer a remote assistance service for customers who cannot take their PCs in. As long as internet access still works, we can log in and fix your problems.

Our current rate is £40 +VAT p/h - Minimum charge is 30 minutes (£20)
Most repairs are successfully completed within 1 hour remotely. No Fix, No Fee
